I think about the first time she met them on the moon after they retrieved the gauntlet. She had to be stoic.  Had to not let on that she knew them, traveled with them, loved them. And then when Davenport appears.  He was their captain, they’re leader. She has to watch them all not recognize each other.  
I think Griffin’s right that Lucretia was never a villain.  In some ways, she may have suffered more than the rest when their memories were wiped, because she watched her friends forget her. 
I imagine her just sobbing in her office after almost every lunar interlude.
