I’ve always thought one of the funniest things in the entire world would be to learn a skill without telling anyone until you’re really good at it and then one day it’s like “oh yeah I can play the harp” and ppl would be like “since when” but then I think about the time my mom revealed she could read and translate latin and it had just somehow never come up in the first 19 years of my life and I realize I love attention and talking about myself and I’ll never be on her level.
