Goosebumps cover artist Tim Jacobus has a certain style that really jumps out at you once you’ve seen enough of his art. If the shadowed part of the main figure is illuminated by colored light from no obvious source, it’s probably his work. Also, he likes to put tons of detailed uneven texture on pretty much everything, except for people and their clothes, which are unnaturally smooth.
